"That Westmeath County Council develop a "Taste of Westmeath" Food Trail in conjunction with Failte Ireland and stakeholders to showcase the County’s unique sense of place, culture and hospitality."

“That Westmeath County Council develop a strategy to help autistic people get the best possible experience of Westmeath and access to our services.”

 

13.              Recommendation(s) from Corporate Policy Group:

 

  • To host a Civic Address of Welcome for International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports (IWAS) World Youth Games in July 2018

 

  • To host a Civic Address of Recognition for Colaiste Mhuire, Mullingar on winning the All Ireland Junior A Football Final

 

  • To host a Civic Address of Recognition for Multyfarnham GAA Junior Football Team on winning the Westmeath Junior league and Junior Championship and Leinster title and also representing Westmeath in the All Ireland club finals
