(i)                  Proposed renewal of licence of circa 3.30-acre linear plot at Fore, Castlepollard, Co.                               Westmeath, in accordance with the terms of Section 183 Notice of the Local Government                        Act 2001 circulated within the specified period.

6.                   To consider the Chief Executive’s Report on Knockanarragh Wind Farm Ltd. Strategic                                           Infrastructure Development (SID) application to An Bord Pleanála; to seek the views of the                                   Members on the proposed development; and to resolve, if necessary, to attach                                                       recommendations to the Chief Executive’s Report.

11.                 To receive reports and recommendations from SPC Chairpersons

 a.      Planning and Transportation SPC Motion

          That Westmeath County Council recognises and supports the findings of the Citizens Assembly              Report on Biodiversity Loss and the growing movement globally for the ‘Rights of Nature’ aimed              to strengthen protections for people, place and planet, as constructed based on the voices of the            local population.

 b.      Economic Development, Enterprise and Tourism SPC – proposed allocations from                        Economic Development and Promotion Fund

1.  Community and Sports Awards Partnership with Celtic Media Group €6,000 in 2024 and                  €8,000 in 2025 and 2026

2.  The expansion of the National Famine Way to the Global Irish Famine Way. Proposed                     contribution per Local Authority €7,616
