Westmeath County Council wishes to advise that a book of condolences will be available in the Council Civic Offices in Athlone for the late Egbert Moran (R.I.P), former Cathaoirleach of Westmeath County Council and Mayor Athlone Municipal District, for any members of the public who wish to call in to express their sympathies to Egbert’s family at this time.

The book of condolences will be open for one week starting from this morning, Friday 31st October 2025.
