Electricity Networks

NEVER, EVER touch or approach fallen wires as they are live and extremely dangerous. 

Report fallen wires immediately by calling the ESB Emergency Services on 1800 372 999.

The electricity network has been severely impacted.  The public can monitor PowerCheck.ie for power restoration times. To report an outage please call 1800 372 999 or log the fault at https://powercheck.esbnetworks.ie/

 

Water Outages

Uisce Éireann customers can check Water.ie and follow Uisce Éireann on social media for updates. To get in touch with any issues or concerns via Uisce Éireann 24/7 customer care centre at 1800 278 278. The public can also sign up online to their free text alert system to get regular updates about their local supplies via Water.ie.

Department of Social Protection - Humanitarian Assistance Scheme

The Humanitarian Assistance Scheme provides assistance to households affected by a severe weather event.  It is administered by the Community Welfare Service.  The scheme aims to lighten the hardship rather than provide full compensation for damage.
