Westmeath County Council wish to inform the public that a Special Meeting of the Municipal District of Athlone-Moate will take place on Wednesday next, 30th October 2024 at 9am in the Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Church Street, Athlone to consider the following agenda:

1. To consider issuing an Order under Section 31 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act 1948 to prohibit the erection or retention of temporary dwellings on lands at Lissywollen, Athlone.

Attendance by members of the public at this special meeting of the Municipal District of Athlone Moate will be in person only and by arrangement with the District Administrator at 09064 42113 or by email to: ammd@westmeathcoco.ie by 4pm on Tuesday 29th October 2024 at the latest.

The meeting will be conducted in accordance with Government Guidlines and Standing Orders.
