Retail Strategy Review Advertisment

Westmeath County Council are in the process of reviewing the County Retail Strategy. The new
Retail Strategy will guide the development of new retail floorspace in the County and strive to
support existing retailing and define future retail policies.

The Council now wishes to seek the input of local persons, groups and any other parties with an
interest in the planning and development of retailing in County Westmeath. The Council encourages
and welcomes participation and would like you to have your say.

Your input is now invited at this stage in the process. Once comments are received a Draft Retail
Strategy will be produced and made available for further public consultation before it is finalised by
the Elected Members of the Council.

Make a Submission

Alternatively, submissions may be in writing to:

All submissions should be marked – “Submission on the Westmeath County Retail Strategy”.

Submissions must be made by 16.00 on Wednesday 30th November 2016.
