PHASE 2 OF AFFORDABLE PURCHASE SCHEME AT COOLA MEADOWS, KILBEGGAN

Westmeath County Council in partnership with Brennan McCann Developments Ltd. and with the support of the Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage is delighted to launch Phase 2 of the Affordable Purchase Scheme at Coola Meadows, Kilbeggan.

A total of 6 affordable homes will be available for sale at a reduced price to eligible buyers. The scheme will consist of 2 Bed and 3 Bed Semi Detached and Terraced Units.

These properties are open to people who are First Time Buyers or qualify under the ‘Fresh Start Principle’.

Applicants should have Mortgage Approval in Principle secured when applying.

Applications can be made between Monday 31st August at 12pm and Sunday September 20th at midnight.
