N4 Junction 16

Please be aware that Colas Joint Venture on behalf of TII plan to carry out surfacing of slip roads and associated overbridge and roundabout at N4 Junction 16, over a period of approximately 4No. weeks

Updated program for the remainder of this week, these changes have been made to accommodate an increase in morning traffic as a result of the Ploughing Championship.

• Monday 14^th - On for 08:00 - Lane 1 Closure of both on and off slips EASTBOUND - See Phase 8 - See Plan Ref: CJV-G2-DR-SK-3401, 3402 & 3405 (3403 & 3404 Stop/Go only required for tie in and will be directed by Engineer on Site as and when required)
•  Tuesday 15^th - at 18:00 - the off-slip can be reopened (EASTBOUND On-Slip to remain Closed) - Switching from Phase 8 to Phase 5 - See Plan Ref: CJV-G2-DR-SK-2736, 2737 & 3400
• Wednesday 16^th - open up eastbound on-slip from 07:00 to 10:00 and allow traffic to run on unfinished road surface (facilitate Ploughing Championship Traffic) - Lane 1 can remain but can be pulled back to before On-Slip
• Wednesday 16^th  - from 10:00 to 18:00 Close the Eastbound on-slip again under Lane 1 - Stop/Go crew on Site for when required to do tie in Phase 5 - See Plan Ref: CJV-G2-DR-SK-2736, 2737 & 2738
• Wednesday 16^th - at 18:00 - the on-slip can be reopened (All Slips Open)
• Thursday 17^th - On for 19:00, Off for 06:00 - HS Closure of EASTBOUND On & Off Slips, with Local Road Closure - See Phase 6 - See Plan Ref: CJV-G2-DR-SK-2739, 2740 & 2741
• Friday 18^th On for 19:00, Off for 06:00 - HS Closure of EASTBOUND On & Off Slips, with Local Road Closure - See Phase 6 - See Plan Ref: CJV-G2-DR-SK-2739, 2740 & 2741

During the day there will be Stop/Go on the overbridge as required to facilitate works at the tie in.
