WESTMEATH COUNTY COUNCIL - ROADS ACT, 1993 - TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Westmeath County Council will temporarily close the L1136 Mount Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, to public traffic from its junction with Jail Hill, Church Lane and Blackhall Street to Pearse Street.

The road closure will be in effect from 4:00pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, 29th August 2026. Diversion routes and detour signage will be in place.

The temporary closure is required to facilitate the Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann 75th Anniversary Celebrations.
