Results of bathing water samples taken on Tuesday 2nd June indicate that Lilliput, Lough Ennell is experiencing elevated levels of bacteria resulting in ‘Poor’ water quality.
Due to this there is a temporary ‘Do Not Swim’ notice in place.

Westmeath County Council Environment Section staff have resampled the bathing area and results will be available on Monday 8th June
