Ready to bring your environmental project to life and make your community greener?

Westmeath County Council are now inviting applications for the Local Environmental Action Fund (LEAF) 2026

Applications are now open for funding to support Tidy Towns groups and other voluntary community organisations.

This programme supports communities to take practical, meaningful action through projects that enhance local areas, promote environmental sustainability, and bring people together to create positive change. The aim of the programme is to encourage Tidy Towns and similar groups to collaborate with local community organisations and stakeholders to enhance their environment and promote greener, more sustainable communities.
