Westmeath County Council wishes to advise that A Book of Condolences will be open from 1pm today, Monday 12 May 2025 for members of the public who wish to express their condolences to the family of Garda Kevin Flatley who died tragically in the line of duty on Sunday, 11 May 2025.

The Book of Condolences will be available in the Council Civic Offices in Athlone and Mullingar.
