DRAFT WESTMEATH COUNTY COUNCIL (REGULATION AND CONTROL OF THE CONSUMPTION OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR IN PUBLIC PLACES)
BYE LAWS 2019 FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE AREA OF THE
MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF ATHLONE-MOATE
Westmeath County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the provisions of Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, as amended by the Local Government Reform Act, 2014 intend to make Bye Laws in relation to the regulation and control of the consumption of Intoxicating Liquor in Public Places for the Functional Area of the Municipal District of Athlone-Moate.
A copy of the Draft Bye Laws may be inspected from Monday 9th December 2019 up to and including Wednesday 15th January 2020 at the Civic Centre, Athlone,during business hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays and can be viewed here Draft bye laws on consumption of liquor in public places
Submissions or observations with respect to the Draft Bye Laws may be made in writing, addressed to:
