AFFORDABLE PURCHASE SCHEME AT COOLA MEADOWS, KILBEGGAN, CO. WESTMEATH

ℹ Westmeath County Council in partnership with Brennan McCann Developments Ltd. and with the support of the Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage is delighted to launch an ‘Affordable Purchase Scheme’ at Coola Meadows, Kilbeggan Co. Westmeath.

A total of 10 affordable homes are being made available for sale in two phases at a reduced price to eligible buyers. The scheme will consist of 2 Bed and 3 Bed Semi Detached and Terraced Units.

These properties are open to people who are First Time Buyers or qualify under the ‘Fresh Start Principle’.

✔Applicants should have Mortgage Approval in Principle secured when applying.

��Applications will be accepted for Phase 1 (4 Homes) via an online application portal only which will go live on Monday 11th May 2026 at 12 noon.
Applications can be made between Monday 11th May 2026 at 12pm and Monday 1st June at midnight.
