For the past number of years, Westmeath County Council has provided financial assistance to Tidy Towns groups and community/business groups to help purchase, erect and maintain Christmas lighting in towns and villages across the county.
Westmeath County Council is pleased to confirm that financial provision has once again been made in the Council's budget to provide similar grant assistance this year.
The scheme aims to support local communities in enhancing the festive atmosphere of their towns and villages, helping to create welcoming and vibrant spaces for residents and visitors alike during the Christmas season.
