Notice is hereby given that Athlone Municipal District on behalf of Westmeath County Council
intend to implement an Outdoor Seating and Signage Procedure for the Athlone Municipal
District Administrative Area.
Public Inspection Point:
A copy of the proposed document is available for inspection at the offices of Athlone Municipal District, Civic Centre, Church Street, Athlone, Co. Westmeath and inspection from Thursday 8th February 2019 until Friday 8th March 2019 during office hours 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4.45pm on Friday.

Submissions or observations on the proposed draft should be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions made via email must include the full name and address of the person making the submission and where relevant, the body or organisation represented.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed procedure may be made in writing,
addressed to District Manager, Athlone Municipal District, Civic Centre, Church Street,
Closing Date for receipt of Submissions or Observations is close of business Friday 8th March 2019.
All submissions should include your name and a contact address, and where relevant, details of any organisation, community group or company etc., which you represent.
To assist Westmeath County Council in complying with data protection legislation, you are asked to provide this information on a separate sheet.
Written submissions or observations received may be published on the Councils website.
Details, including the names of those making submissions may be shared with other Local Authorities, relevant Council departments and or the Council’s professional advisers for the purpose of making the Draft may form part of reports linked to the making of the Variation.
