Disability Access Certificate (31kB) - A Disability Access Certificate is required to show compliance with respect to Part M (Access for People with Disabilities) of the Building Regulations.

Regularisation Certificate (32kB) - A Regularisation Certificate is required where works have been carried out to a building which doesn’t have either a Fire Safety Certificate or where a ‘7 Day Notice’ has not been submitted.

Form of Application for a Fire Safety Certificate (62kB)  - A Fire Safety Certificate is required in respect of works in connection with the design and construction of a new building, material alterations of existing applicable buildings, works in connection with the extension of a building by more than 25 square meters and a building as regard which a material change of use take place

Revised Fire Safety Certificate (182kB) - A Revised Fire Safety Certificate is required where significant revision is made to the design or works of a building for which a Fire Safety Certificate has already been granted.

Statutory Declaration for a Regularisation (20kB) - A ‘Statutory Declaration’ is a legal document signed before a Commissioner of Oaths declaring that the works constructed are in compliance with Part B (fire safety requirements) of the Building Regulations.

Commencement Notice for Development (46kB) - A Commencement Notice is a notification to a building control authority that a person intends to carry out either works or a material change of use to which the Building Regulations apply.

7 Day Notice (30kB) - A ‘7 Day Notice’ is a notification to a building control authority that a person intends to commence work on the construction of a building before grant of the relevant Fire Safety Certificate.

7 Day Notice Statutory Declaration (21kB) - A ‘7 Day Notice Statutory Declaration’ is a legal document signed before a Commissioner of Oaths declaring that the Fire Safety Certificate is in compliance with Part B (fire safety requirements) of the Building Regulations..
