Sláintecare Healthy Communities was developed to target specific health and wellbeing needs where they are needed the most. It is a community partnership with Department of Health, Health Service Executive (HSE) and your local authority, Westmeath County Council.

Sláintecare Healthy Communities will be delivered in partnership with local authorities and community agencies and has the overarching aim to reduce Health inequalities and improve health for citizens by influencing social determinate of health.
