All of Westmeath County Council's open tenders are advertised on this site and on the eTenders public procurement website http://www.etenders.gov.ie.
www.eTenders.gov.ie has been developed as part of the Government's Action Plan on Implementing the Information Society in Ireland. The site is designed to be a central facility for all public sector contracting authorities to advertise procurement opportunities and award notices. The site is managed by the National Public Procurement Policy Unit (NPPPU) of the Department of Finance.The Unit sets the policy on content and functionality of the site however day to day management and maintenance of the site has been outsourced to a private company, Millstream Associates.
Current Tenders
Extension to House at Hillside, Finnea, Co. Westmeath.
Tender documents are now available and may be obtained on application to the Director of Services for Housing, Westmeath County Council, County Buildings, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath on payment of a tender deposit of €25.00 which will be refunded on receipt of a bona-fide tender not subsequently withdrawn, and on the return of the contract documents.
Tenders in sealed envelopes marked “Tender for Extension to House at Hillside, Finnea, Co. Westmeath" should be lodged with the Council no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday the 22nd of September 2010.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Minister for Finance tax clearance procedures on construction contracts.
