Welcome to the library’s online resources section. From here you can access certain aspects of the library from the comfort of your own home and find out how to locate further sources of information.
The Online Catalogue allows you to access your own account from home.
The Encyclopaedia Britannica Online is freely available in all Westmeath Libraries In addition, members can access the Encyclopaedia from home.
You will be asked for your borrower information eg library card barcode.
Our Online Databases section is a collection of very useful resources, eg Irish Newspaper archives, that you can avail of in your local library.
These cannot be accessed externally.
