Notice is hereby given that Westmeath County Council, pursuant to Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 has prepared a proposed Variation (No.4) of the Westmeath County Development Plan 2008 - 20014. The proposed Variation relates to:
The zoning of lands in the Hillquarter townland for the purpose of low density (approx. 6 units per acre) residential development.
A copy of the proposed variation and associated Strategic Environmental Assessment is available for public inspection from Tuesday 5th August 2008 (both dates inclusive, but excluding public holidays) at Athlone Civic Centre, Church Street, Athlone from Monday – Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
The Variation may also be viewed on the Council Website: www.westmeathcoco.ie Submissions or representations with respect to the proposed Variation made in writing to Westmeath County Council within the said period will be taken into consideration by the Council before the making of the Variation of the Development Plan.
