Triur Construction Ltd. working on behalf of Westmeath County Council have commenced bridge replacement works on the Regional Road R390 at Clonyveey/Maddadoo, Ballymore on Monday October 3rd, 2022. Due to unforeseen circumstances at the Bridge Replacement Works on the Regional Road R390 at Clonyveey / Maddadoo, Ballymore, the Regional Road R390 will remain closed locally between Ballymore and Loughanavalley until Friday evening 21st October 2022.
The signed diversion route will remain in place. Traffic from Athlone shall divert via the L1346 & L1120 to Forgney, via the R392 to Skeagh Cross, and the R389 to Loughnavalley and vice versa for traffic from Mullingar. Details are shown on the map below. Local access will be maintained. Westmeath County Council apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused.
