Construction of Flood Defences at Priory Park/Brick Island

The OPW working on behalf of Westmeath County Council have recommenced works on the construction of flood defences at Priory Park/Brick Island for a period of 10 weeks beginning Monday 19 June 2023. The estimated completion date has now been extended until 13 October 2023.

Residents should be advised that there will be construction traffic operating within the area during this period and caution should be exercised when entering/exiting the area.

Westmeath County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.
