County Westmeath has been impacted by Storm Debi and road users should exercise caution.

The N52 between Delvin and Clonmellon and the N51 between Delvin and Athboy have been cleared and are now open.

Council crews continue to undertake recovery operations throughout the county, clearing fallen trees from local roads. A significant amount of debris remains on roads and footpaths and all road users should continue to take extreme care.
