TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

Notice is hereby given that Westmeath County Council having given the required notice of intention has now decided to close to public traffic, the road described hereunder on the dates shown to facilitate refurbishment works to the Underbridge on the Coosan Point Road required as part of the Whitegates to Athlone Marina Cycleway link
Roads to be Closed:
L4005 Coosan Point Road from the junction with the L40054 Auburn Drive to the Junction of the L40054 Auburn Terrace
Alternative Routes Available:
Alternative access will be:
Northbound traffic travelling along the L4005 will be diverted at the junction of the L4011 Station Road via the L4011 Station Road, the R915 Ballymahon Road and the L4002 to the Coosan Point Road Roundabout at Arcadia
Southbound traffic travelling will be diverted via the L4002 at the Coosan Point Road Roundabout at Arcadia, the R915 Ballymahon Road and the L4011 Station Road to the junction of the L4005.
