The public road, the L-5805 is being closed from today for approximately 7 days, to facilitate emergency repair works to the damaged parapet wall of Walshe’s Bridge on the Royal Canal. The road will be closed from 8am to 5pm daily. Local diversions will be in place. WCC and Waterways Ireland apologise for any inconvenience caused during the period of essential work.
