TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Westmeath County Council has now decided to close to public traffic, the road’s described hereunder between the dates shown to facilitate works for the Athlone Main Drainage Scheme.

Dates & times to be closed.

07th of October 2024 to 04th of November 2024. 24 hours daily.

Roads to be Closed:

The Shambles, Athlone L-80152

Alternative Routes Available:

The Shambles (L80152) to St Peter's Port (L8014) to The Quay (L8015)

Details of diversions for these temporary closures will be signposted and will be made available by contacting the Municipal District of Athlone-Moate Office, Civic Offices, Athlone.
