Public Meeting of Westmeath Joint Policing Committee

Westmeath County Council's Joint Policing Committee is holding a Public Meeting on: Monday, 17 April 2023 at 12 o’clock in the Athlone Civic Offices, Church Street, Athlone, Co Westmeath.

The purpose of the Joint Policing Committee (JPC) is to provide a forum for consultation and discussion on matters affecting the policing of the local authorities administrative area of Westmeath.
This Public Meeting will deal with general policing and co-operation of the public in preventing crime.

Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting and to make their views known or ask questions of the members of the JPC in regard to general policing. To facilitate the preparation of a full response to any question, please submit your question in advance of this meeting. Questions can be taken on the day but full information may not be available at the Public Meeting.

The Westmeath Joint Policing Committee also welcomes the public’s view on matters they consider should be discussed at this Public Meeting.
