Westmeath County Council wish to advise that the online portal to accept applications for the above scheme is now live. The scheme opened on Wednesday 16 August at 12 noon and will remain open for 3 weeks until midnight, Wednesday 6 September.

A total of 21 new affordable homes, consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings, are being made available for sale by Westmeath County Council in the residential development of Dún an Rí, Coosan under the Affordable Purchase Scheme in accordance with the Affordable Housing legislation.

The properties are open to people who are first time buyers or qualify under the ‘Fresh Start Principle’. Applications will be assessed in line with the Westmeath County Council Scheme of Priority.
