Westmeath County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the provisions of Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001, as amended by the Local Government Reform Act, 2014, intend to make Bye-Laws in relation to the Regulation and Control of the Parks, Playgrounds and Open Spaces Bye-Laws, 2021 for the Administrative Area of the Municipal District of Athlone-Moate.
A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws may be inspected from Thursday 22 April, 2021 up to and including Monday 24 May, 2021 by appointment with the District Administrator at the Civic Centre, Athlone, during business hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and on consult.westmeathcoco.ie.
Submissions or observations with respect to the Draft Bye-Laws may be made in writing, addressed to the District Manager, Municipal District of Athlone-Moate, Civic Centre, Church Street, Athlone on or before 5pm on Tuesday 8 June, 2021.
