HAVE YOUR SAY ON THE NEW MULLINGAR REGIONAL SPORTS COMPLEX

We want to hear from YOU!

Westmeath County Council plan to develop a Regional Sports Complex in Mullingar.  It is envisaged that the complex cater for a wide range of mainstream and developing sports in the region and be inclusive for the whole community.

But we need your support.

The Local Authority is keen to engage with everyone to ascertain your views on the need to develop a Mullingar Regional Sports Complex. This early engagement will help shape design options, which will then be subject to further public consultation in the coming months.

#HAVEYOURSAY and meet members of the Design Team and Regeneration Project Team to discuss the proposed project at our in-person consultation event on Tuesday 20th or Wednesday 21st February 2024 from 3pm to 8pm in the Atrium of Council Offices, Àras An Chontae, Mount Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

A Sport Needs Assessment survey is also now live to capture the sporting needs of clubs, schools, communities, and individuals in the region to inform the final design until Tuesday 27th February .

You’ll find the survey, which will take around 5 minutes to complete here:

Hard copies of the sport needs assessment survey should be returned no later than Tuesday 27th February 2024 to the Regeneration Project Team, Westmeath County Council, Àras An Chontae, Mount Street, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 FH4N.
