The CLÁR Programme, Town and Village Renewal Scheme, & Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme are initiatives under the Government’s Action Plan for Rural Development and are part of the national objective to rejuvenate rural towns and villages throughout Ireland.

These funding programmes focus on projects that enhance and develop towns and villages socially, economically and culturally.  The selection of projects will be by means of a competitive process and we are inviting local groups to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).

Expressions of Interest should be submitted online via the online application form available on the Rural Supports page.

Closing date for receipt of EOIs is 5pm on Friday 9th April 2021.
