On Monday evening, 14 November 2022, in Áras an Chontae, Mullingar, Westmeath County Council held an official Address of Recognition for Ms Rachel Duffy, Rose of Tralee and the Mullingar Fleadh Executive Committee for their outstanding achievements in 2022.

 At the Civic Reception, both An Cathaoirleach Cllr Aengus O’Rourke and Chief Executive Mr. Pat Gallagher commended Ms Rachel Duffy on being a great ambassador for the County and wished her well in the year ahead and complimented the Mullingar Fleadh Executive Committee for bringing a very successful Fleadh to the County this year and wished them an equally successful Fleadh in 2023.
