The Annual celebration of the Community and Voluntary sector through the Cathaoirleach awards is now in its 16th year and will be taking place in Belvedere House and Gardens but with a change to arrangements, to ensure the safety of those in attendance and to allow for the maximum number of people to attend either in a virtual or in a personal capacity.

Places to attend in person are limited and by invitation only because of the Covid HSE regulations.

However, we are conscious that community groups, friends and family members of the potential winners are anxious to cheer on their nominee for an award and have arranged for the LIVE STREAMING of the Cathaoirleach Awards event.

The event will include: 

• Pride of place awards
• Age Friendly Recognition Award
• STEM Awards (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)
• Project of the Year
• And the Prestigious Cathaoirleach Awards for Person/ Group of the year 2021.

You are all invited to attend the virtual streaming of the live event on the 19th November 2021 starting at 7.00pm, Please tune in and cheer on your nominee and celebrate this night with us.
