Bye Laws in relation to the Control of Parking, Traffic and Car Parks 2019 for Athlone.
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 4(2) and Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 (no. 7 of 1994) together with Part 19 of the Local Government Act, 2001 together with Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (no. 24 of 1961) as amended by Section 6 of the Road Traffic Act 1968 (no. 25 of 1968) and Section 49 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 (no. 7 of 1994), Athlone Municipal District on behalf of Westmeath County Council, propose making Bye Laws for Control of Parking, Traffic and Car Parks 2019 for Athlone.
