Variation No. 3 Zoning Objective Water St Castlepollard

Westmeath County Council has prepared a proposed Variation (No.3) of the Westmeath County Development Plan 2014-220 in accordance with Section 13 of the Planning and Development Act 2000-2017.
The proposed variation relates to a change in the zoning objective of a 0.54ha parcel of land at Water St, Castlepollard to Proposed Residential use.

The Proposed Variation has been subject to SEA and AA Screening processes.

The proposed variation may be inspected at the Westmeath County Council, Aras an Chontae, Mullingar, during normal office hours each day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, from the 19th December 2017 to Tuesday 7th February 2018.
