EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – SOCIAL HOUSING
Westmeath County Council is seeking expressions of interest from Private Developers, Building Contractors, Landowners and Approved Housing Bodies who have serviced land, sites with planning permission, partially completed developments or completed/turn-key developments in County Westmeath.
The Council is seeking to identify:
A. Lands zoned and suitable for residential development.
B. Land with residential planning permission.
C. Residential schemes completed or partially completed (with or without outstanding Part V obligations).
D. Mixed development schemes where social residential components could be incorporated into them.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – LAND AVAILABILITY
Westmeath County Council is seeking expressions of interest from Landowners who have land in County Westmeath available for sale and which can facilitate the sustainable development of future housing in Towns / Villages in the County in accordance with the regulatory planning framework.
The Council is seeking to identify and acquire lands suitable for residential development to meet current and future need for housing.
