This Voids Programme and Social Housing Energy Efficiency Retrofitting Programme makes funding available to improve the standard and overall quality of Local Authority social housing stock.
The Programme's also aim to help in meeting Irelands commitments in relation to carbon emissions and energy reduction targets for 2020.
