All Local Authorities, including Westmeath County Council, are working in conjunction with The Government of Ireland to implement our respective Climate Action Plans. These plans set out a roadmap for Ireland with the targets and measures necessary to meet our commitments to halve our greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050.
