Mullingar Town Park Bye Laws 2012

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Part 19 of the Local Government Act 2001(S.I. no. 37 of 2001) and the Local Government Act, 2001 (Bye-Laws) Regulations 2006 (S.I. no. 362 of 2006) the above Bye-laws were adopted by Westmeath County Council on the 28^th May, 2012.

These Bye-laws revoke the current Mullingar Town Park Bye-laws and will regulate the use and enjoyment of Mullingar Town Park.  They will come into force on the 1^st July, 2012 and will be available online at www.westmeathcoco.ie or may be inspected and/or purchased during normal office hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm, each day excluding weekends and Bank Holidays in the offices of Westmeath County Council, County Buildings, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
